Rubber Air Balloons

APPLICATION:It is used to compensate for volume changes that occur due to expansion and contraction of the oil in transformer conservator tanks due to temperature changes. The rubber balloon fulfills this task by expanding or contracting by breathing through a flange.

Aim: The balloon prevents undesirable elements such as water vapor, nitrogen, ozone and oxygen, fine dust and smoke in the atmosphere from penetrating or mixing with the transformer oil in the conservator tank. The pressure on the surface of the oil is constantly maintained at atmospheric pressure, which means the oil is supersaturated 
It prevents it from forming and bubbles do not form. Thus, high dielectric strength can be maintained.
