Procurement and Supply Services
CONSULTRA delivers the procurement and supply services to the customer within the framework of the following processes. The service encompasses accurate identification of customer needs, selection of appropriate suppliers, and execution of final delivery procedures.
Purchases Predefined by the Customer
For purchases where the supplier, product/service definition, price, and procurement conditions are predefined by the customer, the following steps apply:

The customer sends an official purchase order to CONSULTRA based on the approved sub-supplier offer.

CONSULTRA executes the procurement in line with the specified order.

The order is placed with the sub-supplier; payment terms are applied and monitored, and the purchase is invoiced in CONSULTRA’s name.

Delivery is made to the person or unit specified in the customer’s purchase order, accompanied by CONSULTRA's delivery note and invoice.

All delivery documents (delivery note, invoice, technical documents, etc.) are submitted in full compliance with the purchase order.
Purchases Not Predefined by the Customer
For purchases requested directly from CONSULTRA, where no prior supplier selection or price research has been conducted by the customer, the following process is followed:

CONSULTRA reviews the request from both technical and commercial perspectives.

If necessary, CONSULTRA communicates with the request owner before initiating the procurement process to clarify all details of the requirement.

Once clarified, the request is shared with qualified suppliers; if feasible, at least three quotations are collected.

The received quotations are subjected to a preliminary evaluation and submitted to the customer for approval.

Upon customer approval, the procurement process is initiated, and the workflow described under "Purchases Predefined by the Customer" is followed accordingly.
