Post insulators provide high strength and use very high quality raw materials as well as providing non-irritating working performance to the customer result. Post insulators are manufactured according to the requirement by our qualified engineers who have extensive knowledge of the product.

Solid core insulators are generally columnar insulators, having an insulator unit or an assembly of such units and intended to give rigid support to a live part isolated from soil or another live part.

Disc insulators are used in high voltage transmission and distribution lines designed to provide the necessary electromechanical strength. Disc insulators are used to provide support and insulation to line conductors in suspension and tension systems as needed.

These disc insulators are mainly made of first class wet procedure. They are the most used models for conducting and distributing lines. Their designs can be varied according to customers' requirements to suit different polluted areas and mechanical strength.

They also help provide exterior insulation.

Railway insulators have very high resistance as well as low conductivity. Their atoms have tightly bound electrons that do not actually move through the material. Since the electrons are always static and not free to move, current cannot pass through them at all.

In addition to protecting a current loss, insulators make electrical current even more efficient by simply concentrating the flow of current.
